Eligibility & Authorized Use

Elite Gun Parts sells exclusively to approved law enforcement agencies and qualified SIG SAUER Professional Program (SPP) participants. Sales to the general public are not permitted.

All orders are subject to eligibility verification to ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements, federal regulations, and applicable laws.

Elite Gun Parts reserves the right to cancel or delay any order that does not meet eligibility requirements.

Returns Policy

Elite Gun Parts accepts returns for most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior authorization. Items returned without approval may be refused.

Return Conditions

  • Must be new, unused, and uninstalled
  • Include all original components
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Free of damage or modification

Restocking Fees

  • 25% restocking fee applies
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customer pays return shipping unless error occurred

Incorrect / Damaged Items

If the issue is our error, restocking fees and return shipping will be waived. Contact us immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom, special-order, or non-stock items
  • Used or installed parts
  • Items returned outside of the authorized return window

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after inspection and typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Policy

Elite Gun Parts ships orders in accordance with SIG SAUER policies, manufacturer program requirements, and applicable laws.

Shipping Destinations

  • Contiguous United States
  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico)
  • APO/FPO addresses (where permitted)

Certain products may be restricted due to regulations.

Product Restrictions

  • State or local firearm restrictions
  • Manufacturer shipping limitations
  • Program-specific delivery requirements (including agency-only delivery)

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all ordered items are legal to receive in the destination jurisdiction.

Hazardous & Regulated Materials

Products classified as hazardous or regulated materials may be shipped only via approved carriers and methods. Shipping options may be limited regardless of the selected shipping method at checkout. Elite Gun Parts does not assume responsibility for shipments delayed, returned, or refused due to regulatory non-compliance.

Shipping Estimates

Estimated shipping and delivery dates are provided at checkout based on item availability, handling requirements, and carrier selection. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.

Order Cancellation Policy

Elite Gun Parts processes orders promptly to support operational needs. Once an order has been processed or released for shipment, it cannot be canceled. Orders that are shipped or processed are subject to the Returns Policy outlined above.

  • State and local regulations
  • SIG SAUER program requirements
  • Any departmental or agency procurement rules

  • Decline or cancel orders that present compliance concerns

  • Modify policies to align with updated manufacturer or legal requirements

SIG SAUER® and related trademarks are the property of SIG SAUER, Inc. and are used under license. Elite Gun Parts operates as an Authorized SIG SAUER Law Enforcement Distributor and is an independent reseller, not a franchise, partner, or subsidiary of SIG SAUER.
