Shipping Overview

Elite Gun Parts ships orders in accordance with manufacturer requirements, applicable federal and state laws, and professional program obligations. Shipping availability, methods, and timelines may vary based on product type, destination, and regulatory considerations.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and handling requirements of the order.

Order Processing & Handling

Most in-stock orders placed by 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Business days do not include weekends or recognized holidays.

Elite Gun Parts primarily ships orders via reputable common carriers such as UPS and USPS, depending on shipment requirements and destination.

Shipping transit times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Oversized & Freight Shipments

Some products may exceed standard carrier weight or dimension limits and require freight shipping.

Due to the level of detail required to accurately quote large or oversized shipments, shipping costs calculated at checkout may be subject to adjustment. In such cases, a customer service representative may contact you after your order is placed to confirm shipping details and any additional costs before shipment.

Orders requiring freight delivery may incur additional charges, which will be communicated prior to fulfillment.

Shipping Destinations

Elite Gun Parts currently ships to:

  • The contiguous United States
  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories, including:
    • Puerto Rico
    • Guam
    • American Samoa
    • U.S. Virgin Islands
    • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (where permitted)

Certain products may be restricted from shipment to specific states or jurisdictions due to manufacturer policies or legal regulations.

U.S. Military (APO/FPO) Shipments

Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via the United States Postal Service using standard shipping services.

Delivery times to military addresses may be extended and are dependent on military postal routing and handling. All APO/FPO shipments must comply with U.S. export control laws and applicable regulations.

Backordered Items

Occasionally, items may be temporarily out of stock or backordered with the manufacturer.

Backordered items will be placed on order with the manufacturer and shipped once received.

Delivery timelines for backordered items can vary and may take 30–45 days or longer, depending on manufacturer availability.

If an order includes both in-stock and backordered items, shipments may be delayed or split at Elite Gun Parts’ discretion.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on:

  • Item size and weight
  • Shipping method selected
  • Destination address
  • Handling and regulatory requirements

Additional shipping charges may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Canada (if applicable), or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping rates and carrier fees are subject to change without notice.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Any shipment that arrives damaged or appears lost must be reported immediately.

Claims for lost or damaged packages must be submitted within 30 days of the original ship date.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for carrier review or resolution.

Elite Gun Parts will assist with carrier claims where applicable but is not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party shipping carriers.

Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

Elite Gun Parts employs fraud-prevention and order-verification measures to protect customers and comply with program requirements.

Orders may be temporarily placed on hold if:

  • Billing and shipping information do not match
  • Additional verification is required
  • Eligibility documentation is incomplete or unclear

To avoid delays, customers are encouraged to ensure all billing and shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.

Elite Gun Parts is not responsible for shipping upgrades, discounts, or delivery timelines impacted by verification delays.
