30-Day Return Window

Elite Gun Parts accepts returns for most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Returns are eligible for refund or exchange of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

All returns require prior authorization and must comply with manufacturer requirements and applicable regulations.

Return Authorization (Required)

Before returning any item, you must request a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

Returns will not be accepted without an RA Number.

To request a return:

  1. Contact Elite Gun Parts with your order number and item(s)
  2. Our team will review and issue an RA Number if approved
  3. Repackage items securely and clearly mark the RA Number on the package

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must:

  • Be new, unused, and uninstalled
  • Include all original components and documentation
  • Be returned in original manufacturer packaging
  • Be free of damage, wear, or modification

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.

Restocking Fees & Shipping

  • Authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Prepaid return labels are not provided

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an item that was incorrect, damaged, or materially different from what was described, contact Elite Gun Parts immediately.

If the issue is determined to be our error:

  • Restocking fees will be waived
  • Return shipping costs will be covered
  • We will resolve the issue promptly

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom, special-order, or non-stock items
  • Installed or used parts
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or handling
  • Items returned without an RA Number
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Warranty Matters

All warranty issues are handled directly by the product manufacturer.

Customers should contact the manufacturer for warranty service. Elite Gun Parts does not administer warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Additional time may be required by your financial institution.
